Appendix – EUDR (Summary)

Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, natural rubber placed on the EU market must be:

• Deforestation-free (after 31 December 2020),
• Legally produced in the country of origin,
• Fully traceable to each plot of land,
• Supported by a due-diligence statement submitted to the EU system before import.
